pacifica-mozilla1.8 の ID:2005092121。もとひこさんのパッチ拡張(何)を無効にして試してみたが、Bug 306243 - When browser.tabs.autohide is enabled, toolbar customisation settings are ignored after restarting Firefox; extensions' icons are missing from the palette は治っていました。これで一安心。

ちなみに、入っていた tabbrowser.xml のタイムスタンプは 2005-09-21 18:24 になっていた。
