fx-win32-tbox-trunk の ID:2006120517 を入れたら、Bug 339720 - show warning page before showing about:config が入っていて、about:config を開こうとしたら警告が出るようになっていました。以下その内容。

次回も表示するかどうかのチェックボックスと、警告を承諾して、設定画面を表示させるボタンも装備しています。

なお、この次回も警告を表示するかどうかの設定は、general.warnOnAboutConfig で保存しているようです。
